Probably one of the hardest mornings I’ve had in a long time, every other thought I’ve had is some form of self judgement or a rerun of judgemental words just running through my mind, ticking and clicking like a old movie projector. Self esteem is at a zero today, motivation is at a zero, will zero, fuck not again.
